How it works

Pick the parts, tell us the program and quantities. POCONS USA forwards the request to the factory in Suwon, which decides sampling, and we relay its answer.

What helps a request

A named design program, a company email address, the target footprint and wall thickness, and the expected annual volume.

After samples

Catalog parts are quoted within one business day; custom footprints are tooled to your drawing. Reel quantities and minimum orders are on each part page.

Sample request FAQs

How does a sample request work?

POCONS USA forwards your request to the factory in Suwon, Korea, with your program, part numbers and quantities. The factory decides whether and when samples ship; we pass its answer back to you, typically within a few business days. Sampling is generally offered against a named design program.

Are samples free?

That is decided by the factory per request. Tell us the program and expected volume — it is the basis of the decision.

Can I get different parts, or more of one part?

Yes. Request samples of any catalog part from its part page, or tell us the footprint and wall thickness you are designing to. Reel quantities and minimum orders for production are on each part page.

What documentation comes with samples?

Documentation is issued by the factory with the samples. Ask for the drawing, certificate of conformance or material certification in your request so it can be included.
